Join us for the virtual "Leading with Dialogue: The Power of Community Conferencing" on Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 3–17, from 5:30–8:30 PM ET via Zoom. This interactive program is ideal for both newcomers and experienced practitioners, focusing on restorative justice, leading with dialogue, and promoting humane conflict resolution.

Speaking in a Restorative Way: Affective Communication

- Details: Building on the prior training, the Speaking in a Restorative Way program offers participants a space to explore restorative justice practices that foster safe, connected communities through dialogue. It emphasizes expressing feelings about others' behaviors to promote emotional intelligence and understand the impact of actions.
Objectives:
- Understand the link between language, relationships, and a restorative mindset (“Language matters”).
- Apply anti-racist emotional awareness through practice and discussion.
- Use affective statements to meet emotional and physical needs with a restorative approach.
